Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is available to all employees of the building. Access to the facility will be provided via a programmed building key fob. The access card is programmed after receipt of a signed Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement of Rules and Regulations form turned into the Management Office.
There is no charge to tenants for use of the Fitness Center. Please find the Liability Waiver form and full list of Rules and Regulations by clicking below:
Men’s and Women’s Locker Room/Showers located on the 1st floor are available for tenant use, as well.
Conference Center
A Conference Center that accommodates desk seating for 24 with seating for an additional 10, in a variety of seating configurations is available to 2040 Main tenants, online reservations made through Angus.
The Conference Center is available during business hours Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and can be reserved through the building website.
Free WiFi available with full A/V capabilities.
Bike Storage Room
Located near the locker room/showers the bike room is an easily accessible area where employees can safely store their bicycles while at work.
